Refund Policy

A clear policy for failed jobs, duplicate charges, completed digital masters, and Creator subscriptions.

Free analysis

Source analysis is free, so there is no charge to refund if you stop before checkout.

One-song mastering

Contact us within 14 days of a charge if you were charged more than once, your paid mastering job never began, or processing failed and Burnish did not deliver a usable master. After we confirm the job and payment record, we will refund the affected charge.

Because a completed master is a custom digital service delivered from your audio, completed and delivered purchases are generally final. We will still review defective files, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, and any refund required by law.

Creator subscriptions

You can cancel Creator at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues through the paid billing period unless Stripe shows otherwise. Completed subscription periods are generally not prorated or refunded. We will review duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges, and refunds required by law.

How to request a refund

Email brian@five6.com from the address on your Burnish account. Include the job ID, charge date, and a short description. Do not email card numbers or verification codes. We may ask for information needed to match the Stripe payment.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank controls when the credit appears.

Disputes

Please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Filing a payment dispute may pause paid access while Stripe and the card network review the charge. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
