1. Agreement and eligibility
Burnish is operated by Omvium LLC. By creating an account, submitting a file, or buying a Burnish service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and located in the United States.
2. What Burnish provides
Burnish provides automated analysis and mastering of a finished stereo audio mix. The launch product processes the full mix directly. Results depend on the source recording, and Burnish may warn that a source is not suitable for mastering.
Audio processing is subjective. A quality report describes technical measurements, but it is not a promise of commercial success, platform acceptance, copyright clearance, or a particular artistic result.
3. Your audio and permissions
You keep ownership of your audio and other content. You give Burnish a limited, nonexclusive permission to store, copy, analyze, process, and deliver that content only as needed to provide and secure the service.
You may upload only content that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, private material you are not authorized to share, or content that infringes another person's rights.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in method secure and provide accurate contact information. You may not evade usage limits, probe or disrupt the service, access another person's jobs, reverse engineer protected service components, or use Burnish for unlawful activity. We may limit or suspend access to protect Burnish, its users, or service providers.
5. Prices, subscriptions, and taxes
Prices and included usage are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. One-song purchases are charged once. Creator subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally reverse a completed billing period. You are responsible for applicable taxes shown at checkout.
6. Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when a one-song purchase or subscription charge may be refunded. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law still apply.
7. Availability and changes
Burnish may change, pause, or discontinue features and may use third-party infrastructure. We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may update these Terms and will post the updated effective date here.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burnish is provided as available without implied warranties. Burnish is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burnish's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid Burnish for the service giving rise to that claim during the previous 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation above, so a limitation applies only to the extent the law permits.
